We need a leader who can strengthen employer partnerships, improve healthcare graduate placement outcomes, rally a team, create structure, and bring real momentum to a campus with a lot of opportunity in front of it.If you have experience in career services, healthcare staffing, recruiting, workforce development, branch operations, employer relations, or leading a metric-driven team, this could be a great fit.

The right person will be someone who likes solving problems, building pipelines, coaching people, working with employers, and turning activity into actual outcomes.

Our Concord, CA campus needs someone who can dig in, lead from the front, and help our students move from classroom to career.

Salary Range: $85k-$100k annually DOE
