Maintenance Service Tech

Property Management Service company is hiring for a Service Maintenance Tech.

Starting as part time position, Tuesday thru Thursday, with the potential for full-time. You must have your own reliable transportation and some tools.

Background check required. Clean driving record preferred. Ability to use a Smart Phone.

Examples of work include; basic plumbing repairs such as installing faucets, minor electric repairs such as installing GFCI's, fixing door/window trim, installing hinges, small sheetrock patch work, installing blinds, repairing minor dry rot damage,flooring, spray texture, fence repair and basic landscaping.

Starting rate $19-$24/hour, based on experience. 401K available with company match.
