Our concept is based first on dishes you would see in the Emerald City of Rome. From there we move to other traditional Italian dishes and some chef centric and seasonal type dishes as well. Our love for Italian Cuisine is so very high but our expectations are just as high.
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. If you are passionate about creating top-tier dishes in a dynamic and professional environment, we want to hear from you! Yes, Italian cooking experience is a plus but not absolutely necessary. What we look for are good people with great work ethic. People able to work as a team and bond together towards achieving one goal and that goal is excellence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook with at least 3 years of experience to fill both hot side and cold side. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, reliable, and passionate about the culinary arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Hot Side Line Cook:
Prepare and cook entrées, including grilling, sautéing, and frying, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hot side kitchen area.
Follow advanced culinary techniques and recipes to deliver high-end dishes.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Cold Side Line Cook:
Prepare salads, appetizers, and desserts with precision and creativity.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold side kitchen area.
Utilize advanced techniques for presentation and flavor development.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a line cook in a high quality dining environment, preferred.
Expertise in hot side (grill, sauté, fry) culinary techniques.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
Valid Food Handlers Certification
