We currently provide owners agent services around the world with over 300 working full-time professionals who use world-class program controls, processes, and tools.CDM Smith is pursuing a Senior Construction Representative 1 to join our established team of accomplished professionals.This is a full-time position based at a client site in Pensacola, FL.As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:

Overseeing construction work to ensure compliance with design documents.

Interpreting construction work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

Preparing related reports (such as Daily Inspection Reports) and maintaining required reports of daily construction activities.

Preparing job-related correspondence.

Informing manager of specific problems and completion schedules.

Recommending solutions to specific construction problems.

Reviewing and approving (if necessary) monthly contractor pay estimates.

Reviewing change orders.

Providing technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Reviewing the work of more junior staff.

Performing other duties as required.

Highschool degree and 12 years of experience OR Highschool degree and 11 years of experience with a CCM or PMP OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years with a PE.

Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
