CARE / RESPECT / REWARDSEEOC/ADA/VET/LGBTQ+Salary Range: $95,000.00-$100,000.00Candidate must have previous experience with all aspects of managing a high-volume restaurant with bar service. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, as this position requires continuous interaction with hotel guests and staff is a must.Ability to:

Oversee daily operations and budget planning. POS and reservations experience required.

Supervise subordinate staff, including but not limited to assignment of duties, evaluating service and taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Facilitate group events in partnership with sales. Ensure details are communicated and executed.

Respond to inquiries timely.

Comply with liquor laws, municipal regulations and health department. "TIPS" certification is helpful.

Requires a proven record as a successful leader for restaurant & bar operations.

At least 3-5 years of hospitality experience is preferred.

College degree or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from college or any other combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required.
