Sr. Digital Banking Analyst - REMOTE

Job Description

My NW Arkansas client is in need of a REMOTE Sr. Digital BankingAnalyst to join their team. This position will be a work from home position but you will need to be able to visit the local office on occasion.You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing operations and the customer experience of the digital delivery channel, including but not limited to: digital acquisition and service applications, online/mobile/ and voice, and other critical user-facing systems. You will interact with various internal management and IT staff, as well as with front-line staff and third-party vendors. Will serve as the subject matter expert for the online and mobile products, digital acquisition applications, Chat Channels and appointment scheduling products. You will lead projects related to digital experience solutions, including research, requirements, evaluation, testing, enhancements, and installation. Review and manage request-tickets related to digital experience solutions; conducts research to fully understand the cause of issues and ensures the remedies provided by vendors are reasonable and timely; creates and manages vendor tickets when needed and escalates to vendors’ support/relationship managers when urgent or recurring issues arise for quick review and resolution.

Qualifications

Skills for this position should include:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or related discipline or three years related work experience.

One industry leading technical certification relevant to the job is required, i.e. CompTIA, Microsoft, Database, ITIL.

4+ years’ of experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting software or hardware applications or systems.

Strong knowledge leading technical projects.

Experience in quality control, application testing, validation, and remediation.

Experience with each of the following: Android operating systems, Windows-based operating systems, Apple-based operating systems; Internet browsers including Internet Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Must possess technical knowledge of API’s, Web Services, and XML

Application testing and/or quality assurance experience.

Experience with Banking applications: Q2, Live person, Coconut calendar and bottom line would be a huge plus.
