RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing Nationwide Healthcare company in Little Rock, AR, is looking for a couple of remote Java developers to build cutting edge software for the medical industry. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. These positions are 100% remote.

Responsibilities: In this role, the Java Developer will contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle Design, implement and maintain software applications for new and existing business initiatives Analyze performance and improve software quality The Java Developer will perform testing to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements Work independently as well as in a team environment

REQUIREMENTS: AS or BS degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent work experience Experience with java programming Strong experience with Spring (MVC, boot, data, cloud) Someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates problem solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred experience but not required: Experience with gwt and javascript Worked with DICOM and image viewing Used json, json rpc, and xml rpc Familiar with Cassanda, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB
