.68 to .72 CPM (DOE), $1,000 sign-on bonus

Zoley Trucking, a two truck operation, is looking for a clean, responsible and experienced OTR reefer driver. You will operate a 2024 T680 KW.

Operations

- Reefer freight

- Based in Springdale, Arkansas

- Run mainly midwest, rockies and southwest. No Northeast or California

- 2,200 to 2,700 miles weekly

- Flexible home time but it's not expected that you will be out longer than 10-14 days with 2-3 days home

- Truck equipped with Prepass, toll passes, inverter and APU

Compensation

- 0.68 to 0.72 cents per mile (DOE) on all miles plus short pay. $85K to $95K annually

- $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid out over 3 months)

- 6 days of Holiday Pay @ $125 each and extra pay if you want to run on Thanksgiving or Christmas

- Drop and pick-up pay. $25 after the first.

- Detention pay after 2 hours at $25 an hour for set appointments and after 3 for FCFS

- $1,000 retention bonus paid out every 6 months with no accidents, tickets or violations

- Year-end bonus potential based on company and driver performance

- Safety bonuses for clean inspections

- This is a W2 position

Requirements

- Valid CDL A and clean MVR

- 5 years OTR and Reefer experience

- Minimum 26 years-old

- No preventable accidents within the past 5 years

- Must have ELD experience (we use Keeptrucking)

- No felony convictions

- No DUI or DWI in past 10 years

- Pass a drug test and will be randomly screened going forward

- Current DOT medical card

- Arkansas issued CDL

- Due to being frequently in and out of NWA driver must live within 50 miles of the area

- Must have a smartphone with picture and texting capabilities

- No smoking allowed in the truck
