Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Senior Manager, Product Management Supply Chain is an exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Services division to lead out on Maintenance Software development and enhancements, integrations and tech reviews to include what tech will evolve our space into the future. This role will lead the effort in Fleet Services technology functions, execution in business plans, creation of roadmaps and projects by identifying operational needs that define the next generation of maintenance software and technology. This exciting opportunity will work cross functionally within the Supply Chain environment as well as with 3rd party suppliers from product management and development to data insights and will work primarily with Supply Chain, Global Tech, 3rd party software providers and Field Associates across the country. The role is based in Bentonville, AR and reports directly to the Director, Automation Engineering.You'll sweep us off our feet if

You have experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post launch execution

You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and message a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders

You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products

You develop and enhance products by developing and managing product roadmaps, gathering and documenting requirements, collecting and analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actional priorities and initiatives, prioritizing product backlog, executing on user and business acceptance criteria and managing roll out of product features

You are an agile leader that can communicate with, inspire and influence others

You are a team player that enjoys a fast paced atmosphere, embraces a high performance culture and can easily flex to meet the needs of our teams

You'll make an impact by

Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPI's and other launch efforts

Working with technicians, operators, Global Tech and Walmart partners to define the data requirements and design as well as improvements needed to meet the needs of the business

Taking leadership over business-critical projects and will be responsible to identify needs to inform product roadmap, user stories, deliverables, minimal viable product (MVP) and statement of work (SOW's)

Developing and enhancing products by managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, determine rollout strategies, manage risks, and define the vision and strategy for the product family you will lead out on

Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buy-in from leadership
