Hourly position with overtime and unit sale commissions along with quarterly production bonuses.

-You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintaining, service and repair of residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems. Applicant would benefit from having sales training working with our company as we have a fairly large customer base that has not been upsold over the last several years giving an experienced sales tech the opportunity to make a good living.

-Formal training is a plus
