Experienced Lead Carpenter

We are a residential remodeling firm, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. We are currently seeking a hard-working candidate who can be a critical member of our team and grow with our company. A person in this position must show a willingness to learn and grow and an aptitude for the building trade.

This person will have a proven track record of leading a crew onsite and be able to stay focused on multiple tasks. They will need to demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative and be able to take criticism and direction in equal measure. A minimum of 8 years' experience as a residential carpenter in both rough and finish carpentry is a must. This is a hands-on position, and you will be expected to be able to consistently lift and move construction materials, up to 80 pounds. You will need to be able to work with a team and take direction from others. You will need knowledge of the residential codes and the remodeling process from demolition to finish. Must have own tools and own truck. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, insulation and drywall a plus.
