Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Diagnostician to join our team. As an Automotive Diagnostician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and techniques. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles, providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough diagnostic inspections on vehicles to identify and troubleshoot issues.

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.

- Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers and provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs.

- Collaborate with technicians to develop and implement effective repair solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of diagnostic findings and repairs performed.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and diagnostic techniques.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostician or similar role.

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software.

- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and components.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ASE certification or equivalent.

- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics.

- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific diagnostic software.

- Advanced training in automotive technology or related fields.
