Superintendent

Not for a travelling Superintendent.

We are a small but growing, General Contractor with a need for an experienced Superintendent.

We are looking for someone with metal building erection experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple projects for both residential and commercial projects (large and small, private sector and governmental)

Provided leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner

Managed multiple projects, at different levels of completion

Managed work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity

Primary function is to serve as champion for the execution of the work ‐ preconstruction and construction

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs or Google Docs, Email Program, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat

Plan interpretation

Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures

Minimum Job Requirements

Travel. as required for the project

Will sit, stand or walk short distances

Climb stairs, ladders, etc.

Will lift, push or pull objects

Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects

Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures

Reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis

Stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis

Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)

Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day

Use telephone, computer equipment, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external employees, customers and vendors, and to complete office-required paperwork
