Production Specialist – Arbuckle Coffee

Specialty Coffee Foodservice Coordinator

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay: $16 to $19 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Probation Period: 90 Days

What You’ll Do:

As Foodservice Production Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, fulfilling orders for local restaurants and wholesale clients across the Southwest. Your responsibilities will include:

- Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare and package orders, ensuring every detail meets our world-class quality standards. Collaborate with your teammates including the Master Roaster to ensure the required coffees are roasted and ready for timely fulfillment.

- Custom Blends: Use your proficiency in basic math, including percentages, to calculate and create custom coffee blends.

- Customer Service: Collaborate closely with our customer service team to ensure all orders are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Be detailed oriented and learn the special requirements and provisions for high value customers.

- Physical Work: Safely lift and transport tubs of coffee weighing up to 50 lbs., and work on your feet for the majority of your shift.

- Adaptability: Handle last-minute orders with minimal notice, demonstrating your ability to stay cool under pressure.
