Growing international facilities maintenance client is looking for a contract HVAC Technician and Building Engineer to support a data center client in the midtown Tucson area. Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on data center facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and other components. Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment (e.g. generators, UPS, etc.), mechanical repairs, etc. Long term contract position comes with full benefits.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma/GED; Associate's degree preferred
  • EPA or Universal certification
  • 3+ years' experience in HVAC for commercial buildings; data center experience preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other facility systems
