Maintenance Technician

Performs journey level trade specific duties and responsibilities in the maintaining, repair, and construction of College buildings, removes wall partitions and installs new walls, repairs and replaces doors, windows, and flooring, completes all stages of drywall installation,. provides roof repair and maintenance.

Must have 2 years of experience in maintenance field
