Handyman/Construction Labor

KISS Real Estate has several jobs and tasks lined up and is looking to hire 2-3 workers for these jobs. Pay rate depending on experience and is negotiable. Must have basic tools is and reliable transportation. Looking to hire ASAP with a full schedule during the week.

Tasks are light maintenance /construction in nature including:

-light framing and carpentry

-snap together LVP instalation

-roof patching

-painting

-installing cabinets and vanities

-drywall patches and texturing

-changing out plumbing and electrical fixtures

-light concrete work

Current positions are 1099 contracts. Depending on work direct w-2 hire may be available later.
