We’re a private, locally owned dental office in Tucson looking for a dependable, upbeat Dental Assistant who actually enjoys helping patients — not surviving corporate chaos.

Pay: $19–$23/hour (W-2, based on skill set)

Hours: Part-time to start, with room to grow

We’re calm, organized, and drama-free. You’ll work directly with the dentist in a steady, professional environment where patients are treated like people, not numbers.

You’ll get light mentorship if you’re quick to learn and ask good questions, but we value assistants who think for themselves — take initiative, stay productive, and handle the flow without being told every step.

You’ll help with:

Taking X-rays

Using Open Dental software

Packing cord, scanning, and greeting patients

Talking with patients about treatment options and helping them understand what’s best for them

Light insurance and check-outs

Sterilization, waterline testing, and keeping rooms ready and spotless
