Penca is a a traditional Mexican restaurant with roots in central Mexico. Our kitchen cooks from scratch recipes that reflect the cuisine of old Mexico.

We have immediate openings for dedicated and skilled prep cooks. We are open Wednesday to Sundays only diner. Prep schedule is Wednesday to Sunday 9am

For interviews please stop by this Saturday from 10-12 or Sunday from 10-12
