Job Summary:

The Wedding Caterer is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality catering services for weddings. This role involves menu development, food preparation, on-site service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination:

- Work closely with wedding planners, and other vendors to ensure seamless service.

- Set up and break down catering stations.

2. On-Site Service:

- Oversee food service during events, ensuring timely and professional delivery.

- Maintain high service standards.

3. Client Communication:

- Maintain open communication with clients & event guests

- Address any client concerns or changes promptly and professionally.

4. Health & Safety:

- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and preparation.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering, particularly for weddings or large events.

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
