Job SummaryThe Service Manager is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as he or she assigns at CMI’s customer sites in the Tucson, AZ and Yuma, AZ regions.Key Job FunctionsCheck work orders and after-hours reports for any assignment to be completedPerform/facilitate Preventative Maintenance work ordersMonitor and maintaining building equipmentOrder supplies, parts, and equipment necessary to support repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance functions.Perform QC inspections and produce QC reportsOversee/manage third-party QC inspectionsPerform inspections of building equipment and systemsPerform general maintenance to common/public areasPerform service requests as assignedAssist in all phases of repair workAssist other personnel as instructed by the Contract ManagerAssure proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all toolsRecord various aspects of system operations, service activitiesSchedule and review routine inspections (rounds) of mission critical equipmentPerform other related duties as needed
