Machinist - Level 3 - 2nd Shift

You will work with a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements. Your expertise in machining processes and equipment will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and safe operations while maintaining quality standards. You will report directly to the area Supervisor and Work Flow Specialist. You'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location training on the day shift and eventually moving to the second shift.In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by: - Operating and maintaining machining equipment to produce parts according to specifications - Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet or exceed quality standards - Troubleshooting and resolving machining issues to minimize downtime - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating and maintaining machining equipment.
Performing quality checks on parts.
Troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules.
Able to run precision parts to blueprint specifications.
Able to run multiple machines simultaneously.
Able to interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Familiar with lathe tooling.
Understands CNC Lathe program codes.
Minimum 3 years CNC Lathe experience
Knows how to use precision measuring equipment and how to inspect parts.
Demonstrates the 8 Honeywell Behaviors on a daily basis.
Follows all HS&E safety Guidelines and procedures.
