Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 (FAA)
Arizona, Tempe, 85280 Tempe USAWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will be accountable for producing high-quality products and services for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality, maintaining a safe and efficient work area, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
Perform product changeovers as required.
Make necessary corrections to the production process to maintain quality standards.
Conduct equipment testing to ensure optimal performance.
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.

Associate's degree in a technical field.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing ethics.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
