The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.ResponsibilitiesAlign technology roadmap with business strategy. Ensure alignment of business requirements to technology solutions.Contribute to architecture based on deep domain experience of Messaging technologies, HW/DB/storage/etc. Building new environments and make them operational for pilot review.Implement infrastructure technology solution and provide day-to-day support. Partner with capacity and performance team in Monitoring errors, Downtime, System monitoring/alerts. Work with applications or business owners, to support and resolve the system problems related to tuning and performance.Provide Infrastructure support & response, Tuning and performance, Proactive issues to maintain infrastructure, Troubleshooting/repair/address issues that come up with infrastructure upgrade, installs, configurations, etc.Diagnosing cause and fixing/problem determination responding to tickets.Proactively maintain infrastructure and address issues before they become problems.Ensure solutions and systems meet regulatory requirements.Maintain awareness of product, assimilate product into environment, proactive monitoring of alarming parameters.Discuss strategy for vendors and their technologies. Ensure integration and security of technologies.Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writingWorks independently on assigned projects & Meet established priorities and schedulesHands on Azure Active Directory Architects/Engineers/Operations with strong knowledge of Active Directory, AD Connect, Password Hash Synch technology, AD Federation Service etc.Plan, Design, implement & support solutions for Office 365 user licensing assignment solution using AD and Azure security groups. Workloads include Exchange Online, SharePoint, Skype and Intune.Plan, Design and implement solutions for Intune role-based access solution for Operations Administrators.Design and support Intune Device and Configuration policies MDM and MAM.Provide Microsoft Azure AD level 3 support for corporate roll out.Design, implement & support solutions for Azure MFA for Office 365.Plan, Design and implement solutions of ADFS 3.0, Azure MFA conditional access and SSO for Cloud hosted Application.Design, configure and support MFA server adapter on ADFS. Write run procedures & for Azure AD Connect swing migration strategy.Hand on Knowledge of Office 365 product suite.Interfacing with systems, applications and project teams in the design and delivery of business supporting projects requiring messaging platforms.Qualifications :Azure AD design, development, networking, integrationMinimum of 5+ years designing and implementing solutions involving the followingOffice 365 planning and migration including Exchange online & hybrid, MS Teams/SharePointLarge scale (5000+ users) Azure AD, Exchange Online/O365 design/migration and managementOn-Prem. Active Directory infrastructure support and managementWorking knowledge of Windows 10Strong networking skills, including WAN/VPNStrong PowerShell experience and ability to understand other scripting languagesExpress difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writingWrite clear, logical reports, and instructionsWorks independently on assigned projectsWork effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, users, project consultants and vendorsMeet established priorities and schedulesMicrosoft Certification in relevant areas preferred.The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $175K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
