AM Line Cooks Needed

We're looking to hire serious line cooks at Tombstone Brewing Company.

You would ideally have 2-5 years or more experience in a Fast-Paced High-Volume Restaurant. You should have a basic to intermediate level of both culinary & hospitality literacy (ingredients, terms, methodologies, how to handle high-pressure situations with grace, etc). You should be able to think on your feet & pivot constantly. We are willing to train a beginner who demonstrates high interest and aptitude.

A passion for beer would be useful – ranging from “Crushes High Life nightly” to “Thinking about Cicerone program” – but not necessary. Seeking full-time and part-time employees, pay depends on experience.
