HVAC Install Technician

White Mountain Heating and Cooling is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.

Responsibilities:

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

-Team Player: Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively.

-Provide excellent customer service.

-Attention to Detail: Ensure installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

-Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems

-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

-Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly

-Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems

-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

-Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns

Qualifications:

-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Proven experience as an HVAC Install Technician

-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration principles and air conditioning theory

-Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
