By anticipating guest needs, offering expert local insights, and creating personalized recommendations, you will ensure each guest enjoys an exceptional and unforgettable stay.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during/prior to the guest's arrival  Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic areaExtensive knowledge of the Valley, golf courses, restaurants and attractions Strong computer skills are required.  Microsoft Office programs are a plus.Assist with administrative dutiesAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies  Other duties as assigned
