Marketing & Communications Coordinator

As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you’ll work directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing to bring our luxury brand to life—supporting high-profile campaigns, press visits, and exclusive events. This is a career-launching role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality marketing and communications.Serve as a key point of contact for media, VIP guests, and clients—always delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service.Support PR efforts by coordinating press visits, managing itineraries, and preparing luxury welcome experiences.Assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and press kits.Compile monthly and quarterly press and sales performance reports.Collaborate with departments across the hotel to ensure alignment on brand and service culture.Respond to daily on-line reviews and comments, with direction and support from senior leadershipManage administrative tasks to keep projects on track—vendor requests, purchase order management, expense processing, scheduling, and more.Support the execution of social media content plans and photo/video shoots.Work with Marketing team on print production order requestsParticipate in daily and monthly team meetings, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm.
