As a Spa Reservations Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our guests, giving you the opportunity to shine and set the stage for an amazing experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceGreet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner  Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performanceHost guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journeyGuide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sellsCommunicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership teamPromote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standardsProcess transactions and adjustments in Book4Time dailyPerform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists
