Need driver for errands and appointments

I am looking for a person that would like to make some extra money driving me to doctors appointments, errands, shopping etc. We would be using my own car. Unfortunately I cannot drive anymore because of sight issues. Ideally that person would live in Prescott Valley. Good driving record a must.
