Auto Mechanic

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engine swaps, automotive diagnostics, powertrain systems, and mechanical knowledge. Experience with diesel engine repair is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Swap Engines and build/rebuild vehicles

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements

- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using schematics and diagnostic tools

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting schematics

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of powertrain systems and components

- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools used in automotive repair

We do not work weekends. There is a 90 day probationary period. This is NOT an entry level position. You must have working knowledge of gas engines.
