Experienced Freight Broker Agent – Remote (1099)

This is for experienced freight brokers ONLY.

If you do not already have customers, this role is not a fit.

EMI Group is hiring experienced freight broker agents with an active book of business. This is a remote, commission-based (1099) opportunity for brokers who want weekly pay, strong splits, and real back-office support.

What We Offer:

- 60%–70% commission split

- +5% performance bonus

- Weekly payouts

- No caps, no thresholds

- Back-office support (billing, collections, carrier setup & compliance)

- Asset-backed carrier capacity on select lanes

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year freight brokerage experience

- Active book of business REQUIRED

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
