Safe Wing LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation company that aims to transport members safely and efficiently to and from their medical appointments while providing exemplary customer service.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of Dispatchers and Operational Manager, employees to safely transport members to and from designated locations, while providing exemplary customer service.

Duties:

Safely transport members to and from designated locations in a timely fashion

Assist members in and out of vehicles

Effectively and professionally communicate with members and other employees

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company’s vehicle and checking vehicle gauges

Adhere to company’s dress code and personnel appearance

Maintain professional demeanor

Education:

Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent

Requirements/Qualifications:

Valid Arizona driver’s license

Provide a 5-year state-certified motor vehicle report

At least 4 years of experience operating a motor vehicle

Interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships

Basic knowledge of Internet and phone applications

Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card (after hire)

Must have a CPR/first aid certification

Preferred:

At least 1 year of medical transportation experience a plus.

Prior experience operating handicapped vehicle is a big plus.
