We’re hiring a strong, experienced apartment maintenance technician for a Tempe property near Mill Ave & the US-60, managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows multifamily maintenance, understands urgency, and can handle the full scope of apartment maintenance independently.

Apartment turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, appliances, drywall, paint, and general repairs

Working efficiently on an occupied community

Maintaining professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
