Experienced Plumber / Drain Tech $23–$30/hr + Bonuses (No Apprentices)

Local, family-owned plumbing & drain company based in Tempe, serving the Phoenix Metro area, is hiring a Plumber / Drain Technician.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

- 2–5 years plumbing or drain service experience with the ability to work independently

- Comfortable running residential service and drain calls solo

- Hydro-jetting, snaking, and water heater experience REQUIRED

- Freshwater service & repair experience, including angle stops, supply lines, valves, and fixtures

- Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar dispatch apps

- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various environments

- Strong communication skills, professional, customer-focused

- Willing to work some weekends (rotating on-call)
