Experienced tree climber

We are a local tree care company offering high quality tree care services.

We are seeking a full time, reliable individual to join our crew. Most of our work is located in North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley and Phoenix.

Duties:

- safely climb trees to prune them according to detailed specifications, or to remove them entirely. Occasional stump grinding required. Help with clean up when needed.

- work well with other crew members to maximize efficiency on each job site.

- answer client questions.

- report to business owner.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of climbing experience. Certified tree worker/Certified arborist qualifications are very desirable but not required.

- own reliable transportation

- own reliable cellular phone

- ability to work in the summer heat

- be available to work Monday through Friday. Saturday work will be offered but is not required

- show up on time every day, ready to work

- work safely and meticulously without supervision

- able to lift at least 50 lbs

- be a team player

- wear company shirts and look presentable

- treat company and customer property with respect

- have verifiable employment references

- ability to drive a non-CDL dump truck + chipper, manual transmission, is a plus, but is not required.
