This position supports Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager in managing all aspects of maintenance for retail commercial real estate portfolio in Arizona with the following responsibilities:

Perform, including but not limited to, minor building, plumbing, electrical flooring repairs.

Perform painting and related repairs as directed.

Perform cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, vacants, exterior storefronts as applicable, management office, public restrooms, community room, etc.

Perform common areas clean-up to provide additional pressure washing, blowing outdoor areas, parking lot and/or sidewalks.

Perform landscape duties to provide additional support to the properties as applicable.

Have an understanding on supplies on hand and informing supervisor when inventory depletes or additional supplies are needed.

Participate in maintaining a record of equipment maintenance along with supervisor.

Conduct inspection on vacant suites.

Conduct roof inspections and complete required reports.

Detect faulty operations of tools and defective materials and report them to supervisor or Regional Manager.

Be on after-hours emergency on-call list to ensure all issues are handled in a timely manner or reported to supervisor or Regional Manager.

Comply with safety regulations, exercise safety precautions and maintain clean orderly properties and work areas.

Participate in and provide additional support in promotional events to, including but not limited to, setting up/tear down of necessary amenities, cleaning, trash removal, banner/sign installation/removal, etc.

Participate in and implement in preventative maintenance.

All other maintenance duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm for training and then Tuesday through Friday once trained. Hours will be seasonally adjusted during hottest months.
