Remodeling and maintenance tech

General contractor and property manager seeking remodeling, maintenance and cleaning tech to start immediately.

On the remodeling side we do the following types of work: bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, flooring, landscape and hard scape remodeling, painting, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, handyman work

On the property management side we manage long and short term rentals. So we do move out cleanings, junk removal, landscaping, house keeping and repair

Tasks will include but not limited to:

-Demolition

-Cleaning

-House keeping

-landscaping

-Painting/caulking

-carpentry

-Tiling

-Installing flooring

-light electrical

-light plumbing

-house keeping

-handyman work

-Everything else kitchen, bathroom or flooring related

Requirements:

- 2+ years renovation or cleaning experience (We provide on the job training in all aspects of remodeling and maintenance but some experience is preferred)

- Strong work ethic, quality work, customer experience, and job cleanliness

- Willingness to learn and grow your skills

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Legal right to work in AZ

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Must have a vehicle and legal license to drive. Truck or SUV preferred.

- Be able to work on your own or in a team environment
