Gate Automation Technician

Phoenix Fence Company, one of Arizona's largest fencing / gate automation companies, is seeking a high energy, hard working candidate to fill the position of Gate Automation Technician. In this role, you will perform field service of gate operators and access control equipment for our Gate Automation division.

Responsibilities

Take service calls and report to customer's location

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with gate operators and connected equipment

Perform onsite repairs

Accurately document all work performed

Key Qualifications

Good experience and understanding of electrical systems

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams

Knowledge / background working with mechanical and hydraulic motors

Welding skills

Ability to accurately follow written instructions and drawings

Work well with others / good customer relations skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The successful candidate will receive an hourly wage (DOE) and benefit package including paid vacation, health, life, and dental insurance and a matching SIMPLE IRA program. Will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate.
