We had a another person we were starting a HVAC business with and bought equipment and a new trucks and at the last minute he decided to stay where he was at cuz he's been there for 20 plus years and he was scared to make the change but if you are a skilled tech and want to start your own business and partner with us then let's talk. We are looking to find the right individual who wants to succeed and expand. Base pay based on your experience and skills
