Position: HVAC Installer - Residential New Construction

Job Type: Full-Time (4-Day, 10-Hour Work Week)

Starting Pay: $20-25 per hour depending on experience

Job Description: K & M Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team,

specializing in residential new construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new residential construction.

Work with a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
