HVAC Lead Installers Wanted ($2,500 BONUS)

This is not a seasonal position, we are looking for one full time Lead Installer

We specialize in "Like for Like" residential change outs, we rarely do new construction or commercial.

We are looking for one Lead Installer, so what is a "Lead Installer"?

A lead installer can do an install A-Z, pump down to start up.

If you don't know how to braze, fire off , or trouble shoot a new unit during install, this is not the position for you.

You must not only have your own hand tools but all of the other "Tools of the Trade" to get yourself through and install.

We pay very well however if you do an install for us and they call back with a no cool, you need to run your own callback, that is what a professional Lead Installer does.

What do we offer?

We offer some of the highest wages in Arizona for qualified lead installers, we always have.

Weekly pay. If you work Monday through Saturday, we do payroll that next day, you get a check on Tuesday.

So you get your money faster with us than with most other companies.

Yes, we will give you a truck unless you have an issue with your drivers license or prefer to use your own truck, but we have to approve your vehicle.
