Solar Installer

Job Requirements

1. Have 1+ years experience in rooftop solar installations

2. Have electrical apprentice level skills or related hands-on experience

3. Can pass a criminal history/background check

4. Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50+ lbs, work outside and be on your feet for 8 hours

5. Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

6. Are punctual and can maintain excellent attendance

7. Have your own personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, steel or composite toed boots, gloves and ear protection

8. Have ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

9. Must be a self-starter and willing to learn new skills

10. Having the basic tools of the trade is preferred
