Handyman needed to do repairs on commercial buildings located in central Phoenix off i-17 and Thomas Road. We are flexible so you can make your own hours. Skills required:

Painting

Basic plumbing

Basic drywall

Basic electrical

Elastomeric roof coating

Evap cooler maintenance

Clearing weeds/ yard maintenance

Compensation depends on experience (hourly pay)

You work as an independent contractor not an employee

Have your tools and vehicle to get to job sites
