Insulation installer

We have upcoming openings for insulation installers in the Phoenix and Tempe areas. Work is very busy and year round.

Job duties include installing radiant barrier in home attics. Removing old insulation from homes. Installing blown in and other types of insulation. Installing other energy efficient products. All tools and materials for each install are provided by us.

Pay is weekly; every Friday. Daily hours are usually 8am-2pm (or later for larger jobs). Pay is by the square foot so it is possible to earn a full time income while working part time hours.

No experience is required, we will train. But candidates should:

1. Be able to lift at least 50 pounds

2. Be able to move in very tight spaces

3. Tolerate hot working environments (we provide water, fans, etc. to help with the heat)

4. Look and act professional

5. Have a positive, customer friendly attitude

6. Have reliable transportation

7. Be a team player

The following are not required but are a plus:

1. Truck capable of pulling a small trailer

2. Bilingual (English and Spanish)

3. Construction experience

4. Experience working in attics
