The pay scale is $22-28 (must be Journeyman level to receive top pay)- There is NO per diem &

Jobscope:

Apply insulating materials to pipes or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature.

We offer weekly pay, performance & sign on bonuses as well as Health Benefits
