Field Assistant, technician, Punch work

Contractor that specializes in multi-family apartment construction/remodeling in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff is in search of person who is organized, motivated, can multi-task, and has a get it done attitude for work in the field and office.

Pay: $900-$1200 weekly DOE

Hours: Monday through Friday 7am-4pm with 1hr for lunch/breaks, Average 40-45 hour work week. On occasion Saturdays

This position is responsible for assisting in:

Driving to work sites daily to check installs (mileage will be paid if using your own transportation)

Reporting issues and uploading pics for all projects walked daily

Assist employees in getting items and info needed to complete installs

Complete small punch items if needed in each unit

Inventory Management and tracking for supplies/materials

Be an intermediary between the field workers, office, management, and clients

Receive shipments to warehouse or onsite (Forklift certification is preferred)

Lift items up to 50 pounds, to 2nd/3rd floors

Work with Upper Management to complete other daily tasks that may come up

Construction experience needed

Spanish speaking is preferred
