ESTIMATOR DRY UTILITY CONTRACTOR

Experienced Estimator is needed at Beecroft, LLC.

We are an established business that has been serving the Phoenix area for over 40 years.

This is a busy Full Time position. We are located near Sky Harbor Airport.

We want an organized, motivated, and detail oriented individual to accurately and timely prepare bids for underground utilities, etc. per your Supervisor.

This includes custom homes, commercial projects, small residential, multi-family projects, etc.

Must be able to communicate written and verbally.

Description:

Walk the job, take pictures and create takeoffs using digital/electronic methods, from the plans to quote electric, communication and SW Gas.

Review documents, communicate with customers, price change orders, get job permits. Have good math skills.

Work with our contractors, material vendors, support all superintendents, do field changes/discrepancies, answer questions etc.

Do colored As-Builts for completed projects.

Knowledge of APS, SRP, City rules, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements helpful.

Computer experience and knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Current AZ Drivers License - Clean MVR

Pre-placement Drug Screen Required. You will be reimbursed with your first check.
