Printer Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented service technician for our Chandler location. Your primary responsibility will be repairing printers. This is a full time in-house tech position with some opportunity to repair onsite.

Strengths:

-Collaborate with technical support to resolve problems/issues

-Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

-Experience: 1-3 years of printer repair experience: Zebra printer repair experience a plus.

-Strong computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility will be for a full range of repairs and service procedures including diagnosing, troubleshooting, installations, upgrades.

-Provide customer technical support and problem solving to resolve customer reported issues. Maintain service agreements and provide updates.

-Provide technician support to sales team members.

-Participate in any scheduled projects along with performing Preventive Maintenance.

-Contract costing and maintaining contract records.
