Electropedic Home Health Care Products Professional Salesperson.
Arizona, Phoenix, 85001 Phoenix USAWe are a 61 Year Old Company looking for a Weekend Professional Salesperson. Part Time Sat 10 - 5, Sun 12-4 or Full Time (5 days, must include the weekend). Semi-Retired Person OK. We are specialists in electric homecare products specialists:
Electric Adjustable Beds & Hospital Beds
Electric Lift Chairs & Stair Lifts
Electric Scooters & Wheelchairs
Natural Organic Latex Mattresses
We are looking for a very professional sales person who has had previous experience in our product line (mobility or medical equipment) or Mattresses
We are looking for a sales person that knows how to spend one hour with each customer; conveying 4 confidences:
1. The Confidence in the Product
2. The Confidence in You
3. The Confidence in the Company
4. The Confidence in the Price
We only get about 3 customers a day. Two over the Phone, and one in the store. We expect a full sales pitch on the phone and in the store. We expect you to have a very professional salesperson manner and experience: we will actually ask you what you have sold before, and we will expect an "A" pitch on the product conveying the 4 Confidences above. Again, we will test you on what you say you already have experience on.
Selling is a Value Proposition; and we NEED a salesperson who knows how to "increase the value" of the product to make the sale. Selling is not easy. We need someone who takes their craft seriously and knows what a Value Proposition is. (making the product worth more than the sale price).
Yes, we will consider a semi-retired position.
We have the best price, quality, guarantee, service selection of adjustable beds and 3 motor fully electric high low adjustable beds in the city - and each model is on display.
We made AMERICA'S BEST-BUILT NATURAL ORGANIC LATEX MATTRESSES. We have 3 different models: each in (4) four different firmnesses: Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. We try, in our sales pitch, to sell the customer a good night's sleep: finding the best mattress in terms of support and comfort for the customer. We take our sales pitch very important. We are not Doctors. But we consider our duty is to help the customer get the best night's sleep possible, and not to wake up with pain. Again, we take our profession very seriously.
Bed or Mattress Experience will be a SIGNIFICANT PLUS as it takes a month of experience just to know bed and mattresses sizes.
(For those who say they have bed and mattress experience, we will test you on the sizes)
Each sale is "hard" and takes Work. Today, we sell about 2 to 3 out of five of each customer that comes to our store or calls us on the phone. Yes, we will teach you how to sell over the Phone. Over half of our sales are over the phone. We will teach you how "easy" it is to sell over the phone (our customers NEED our products, . . . and only need a professional sales pitch!)

We want someone to already understand that selling is an art. We are looking for an artist. We are looking for someone who is very articulate, and has a lot of positive energy and is genuinely a good, honest, authentic, decent person. We are looking for a professional artist.
We need a professional sales person who already knows how to give 100% on every pitch. We need someone who is always the top 20% on the sales floor no matter where they worked.

note: the typical salesperson says they just have to sell themselves. We are looking for a more seasoned professional. Someone who knows that they have to sell more than themselves: they have to sell the product, the company, "themselves" and the price.
